Globe and BPI Partneship offer free access to BPI Express mobile app to all Globe subscribers. Starts on April 30 until August 31, 2014, Globe will not charges us on using the BPI apps.

This is Great since a lot of us want a convinience way of Checking balance, buying some stuffs and paying bills with globe free access we can enjoy that BPI Apps offers.
Note : For prepaid users, you need to have a balance to use the app.
